This place was a total ripoff and should be avoided at all costs. There are numerous options in sober living programs and the decision making process may feel overwhelming. My counselor asked me the same questions over and over again, made assumptions that were inaccurate and offensive, and since he never took notes or actually got to know me as a person, he repeated these offensive assumptions every time I met with him. They kept the house extremely cold, the food was bad and they provided no opportunities for community outings in the 2 months I spent there. They didn’t even change the bedding between when my first roommate moved out and a new roommate moved in!
